Simple Ways to End Premature Ejaculation
Ever had intercourse but found that your partner came all too quickly? This is a condition called premature ejaculation and this is a common complaint among men below the age of 50. It is said that the normal ejaculation of a man usually happens within 2-3 minutes of sexual stimulation. However, in some cases, ejaculation may happen immediately after erection, before penetration, or immediately after penetration therefore leaving the man’s partner unsatisfied with the experience.
Premature ejaculation is said to be caused by some psychological factors such as anxiety or stress. It may also be caused by biological factors like urinary tract infections. And then it may also be brought about by cigarette smoking or the cold pills which a person can normally buy over the counter in drug stores.
Because of the inconvenience (and sometimes embarrassment) that it causes to a man, he tends to look for ways to end premature ejaculation. Officially, there aren’t any drugs specifically used to treat this condition although there are some which been used “unofficially” to help men deal with this problem. However, it should be noted that these “unofficial” drugs should be used with a doctor’s prescription.
There are also some simple ways to end premature ejaculation. Some of these ways involve using techniques like the stop and start technique, the breathing technique, and the squeeze technique. The stop and start technique involves the stop of the male’s thrusting just when he is about to explode, wait for a few seconds for the explosive feeling to subside, and then continuing again. This technique also usually includes the need to communicate with your partner especially to tell them that you’re about to come and to take it slow for awhile. The breathing technique involves breathing deeply during sexual intercourse. Deep breathing is said to relieve anxiety and tension found in the body. There are also others who may find thinking about other things helpful in preventing premature ejaculation. The squeeze technique, in the meantime, involves squeezing the base of the penile shaft and waiting for the explosive feeling to subside. This squeezing can be done by the man or by the man’s partner. After the feeling has subsided, they can then continue on with intercourse.
There are also some other ways to prevent premature ejaculation. The man can employ the use of a condom or wear a condom to reduce the feeling or sensation so that the sex will last longer. There are others who find masturbation helpful although this may lessen the sexual desire felt by a man. There are also other men who find that trying different sexual positions will help prevent coming too fast. Changing sexual positions during sexual intercourse also helps since it gives the man some space to breathe in and thus stopping the intercourse for a short while. Pelvic muscle exercises and testicular restraints also aid in preventing a man from coming too quickly.
Men with this problem may also use desensitizing cream and herbal treatments for solving this problem. Desensitizing cream, as the name implies, lessens the feeling felt by the male during intercourse. Although it makes a man’s staying power last longer, there is also the chance that use of this cream might lessen the effect of sex. There is also the chance and probability that the cream will transfer onto the man’s partner and may cause the woman to come to an orgasm a little longer than usual. The herbal treatments that may be used are usually stimulants or designed to make a man last longer during sex. However, there is always the fear of side effects coming into play.
If a man experiences premature ejaculation, they don’t need to panic. This condition can be treated by any one of the ways listed above. It is also better if you consult with your doctor regularly as this condition may be an indication of an underlying factor or illness.
