Pre-Sex Tips To Stop Premature Ejaculation

stoppremature01One in every three men has problems with premature ejaculation. It’s not a medical condition that needs surgery or intensive therapy to cure. There are ways to stop it; which both you and your partner can easily do to prolong and enhance your sex life.

What everyone is doing, and probably you too, is distracting your mind from the sex at hand. Either you think of your partner in a non-sexual way while you’re about to reach orgasm to stop it, or in some extreme cases, thinking of something which could turn you off such as road kill or piles of garbage. Now this method can work for some, but for most, it just makes it worse. Not only are you trying to ruin the connection between you and your partner, you’re in effect escaping from you body. You need to learn how it works so you can control it, not try to trick it and distract it.

During sex, there are four stages – excitement, where the erection and heavy breathing begins; plateau, where the erection and arousal is at its maximum; orgasm, where you ejaculate; and resolution, where the arousal fades and breathing returns to normal. The trick here is not to start all over again from where you are to stop premature ejaculation, but rather to stay in the plateau stage, to maintain arousal and for maximum pleasure between you and your partner.

First off, you should not drink alcoholic beverages before sex. If your goal is to make the sex last longer, you would need focus – and alcohol, as it has proven time and time again, takes that focus away from you. If you have a good night of sex planned for the evening, its best that you don’t drink beer with your partner for dinner to make the night much more enjoyable.

You would have to appreciate the whole body of your partner. You have to be sensual with every inch of her body, which would not only arouse her more since that’s what woman want, it would also distract you from the feeling between your penis and her vagina. You release the tension by focusing on her whole body, as your penis does not become the focal point of your sex. Taking time to appreciate her fully would also even get her deeper into the mood.

You can also practice through masturbation. With a dry hand, masturbate until you get yourself aroused to the point that you’re very near ejaculation, then stop and let the arousal and orgasm subside. Do this several times for several sessions to learn self-control for your ejaculation. Once you’ve mastered that, do it again but with a lubricated hand. This would simulate the fluids during intercourse, so mastering this would prepare you for the real thing.

It would take time and practice to stop premature ejaculation. However, the rewards are great – not only do you get to give pleasure to your woman, you also make the sex last longer so you would have more pleasure for yourself as well.
